Your personal data will be used for the purposes of:
a) conducting communication through the contact form – the legal basis for processing your personal data is the Administrator’s legitimate interest in conducting communication to handle your inquiry through the contact form;
b) conducting marketing communications – the legal basis for processing personal data is the consent you have given;
c) establishing or asserting potential claims or defending against such claims by the Administrator – the legal basis for data processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest in asserting or defending against claims.

You have the right to access your data and the right to request their rectification, erasure or restriction of their processing. In addition, to the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is the premise of the Administrator’s legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. To the extent that the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent.

Your personal data is not subject to profiling and automatic processing.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place where the alleged violation was committed. In Poland, the competent authority is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
